These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the engagement and use of Zekro Enterprise and its associated operational services ("Services"), delivered by Zekro Intelligence S.A.S. ("Zekro", "we", "our").
By engaging our services or contracting an offensive assessment, your enterprise ("Client") agrees to be bound by these Terms. Zekro operates strictly under a B2B (Business-to-Business) model and mandates explicit authorization prior to conducting autonomous adversarial assessments.
Zekro deploys forward-deployed autonomous adversarial intelligence, perimeter penetration, dynamic application security testing (DAST), and deep logic verification. Deployment is strictly restricted to:
The Client assumes full legal responsibility and warranty for all target scopes and IP ranges submitted for assessment.
Zekro does not operate on theoretical risk or hypothetical vulnerability scores. Our internal engines validate exploitable pathways and extract minimal, controlled evidence fragments to provide irrefutable proof of exposure. The Client explicitly authorizes this controlled validation for technical demonstration purposes. All captured evidence is governed by our Privacy and Zero-Knowledge Agreement and cryptographically purged upon executive review.
Following technical validation, clients frequently transition into continuous managed adversarial defense. Under this model, Zekro delivers continuous perimeter validation, verification of hotfixes, and proactive exposure intelligence.
Assessments executed by Zekro operators are authentic and offensive in nature. While our systems enforce strict operational controls (adaptive rate limiting, non-destructive payloads, safe rollback mechanisms), the Client acknowledges that:
Operational engagement with Zekro Enterprise requires authorized enterprise tokens and formal contracts. All operational telemetry, credentials, and access vectors are strictly non-transferable. Reverse engineering of Zekro technology, unauthorized tampering, or attacks against Zekro's infrastructure will result in immediate termination of services and legal action.
These terms are governed and construed in accordance with applicable corporate cybersecurity frameworks and commercial law.
